dc.description.abstractВ данной статье предложено авторское определение понятия «финансовый механизм государственной поддержки сельскохозяйственного страхования». Проведен анализ действующей практики организации государственной поддержки обязательного страхования сельскохозяйственной продукции в Республике Беларусь. Разработана методика планирования величины субсидии на компенсацию страхового взноса по обязательному страхованию сельскохозяйственной продукции, основанная на использовании программно-целевого метода, позволяющая направить целевые финансовые ресурсы государства на повышение эффективности работы сельскохозяйственных организаций.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe author a definition of the concept «financial mechanism of the state support of agricultural insurance». The existing practice of providing state support to obligatory insurance of agricultural production in the Republic of Belarus is analyzed. The procedures are developed for planning the size of a subsidy to compensate the insurance premium of obligatory insurance of agricultural products based on the use of a program and target method, allowing to direct state target financial resources to increase overall performance of agricultural organizations of the Republic of Belarus.-
