dc.description.abstractСтатья посвящена исследованию коммерциализации объектов права промышленной собственности в Республике Беларусь. Обоснована методика расчета глобального инновационного индекса. Проанализирована позиция Беларуси по сравнению с ведущими зарубежными странами по ряду показателей, характеризующих инновационную деятельность. Выявлены преобладающие формы коммерциализации, характерные для организаций нашей страны. Обоснованы направления по повышению эффективности коммерциализации и развитию рынка объектов интеллектуальной собственности.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article focuses on the research into commercialization of the objects of the industrial property right in the Republic of Belarus. The method of calculation of the Global Innovation Index is substantiated. Belarus position is analyzed according to a number of indicators characterizing innovative activity in comparison with leading countries. Prevailing forms of commercialization typical of Belarusian organizations are identified. The directions to enhance commercialization effectiveness and development of the market of intellectual property objects are substantiated.-
