Abstract: В статье выявляется сущность канала распределения, указываются основные факторы, определяющие эффективность функционирования каналов распределения, особое внимание уделяется созданию и функционированию систем управления каналами распределения на внешних рынках.
The article reveals the essence of the distribution channel, identifies the main factors determining the efficiency of distribution channel operation, with a special focus on the establishment and functioning of the control systems of distribution channels in external markets.
