Résumé: Сделан краткий обзор положения России в международных рейтингах по индексам экономики знаний (knowledge index) и эффективности процессов внедрения инноваций (knowledge economy index). Сформулированы предложения по активизации участия вузовского сектора в процессах построения экономики знаний в России.
A brief review is given of Russia’s ranking in the international Knowledge Index and in terms of the efficiency of innovation implementation (the Knowledge Economy Index). Suggestions are formulated for invigorating participation of the higher education sector in the processes of knowledge economy creation in Russia.
