The concept is proposed that combines demographic and economic processes within the System of National Accounts and a common approach to determining resource flows over the life of the individual, taking into account the change of his/her functions and roles with regard to economic activity and the social system in general. The concept allows to legitimize human resource in the macroeconomic calculations in compliance with the requirements of international statistical organizations. |
