Résumé: Рассмотрены вопросы формирования и совершенствования структуры отраслей промышленности, в том числе в наукоемких отраслях, выявлены причины низкой активности предприятий ненефтяного сектора экономики в инновационной сфере и предложены меры по дальнейшему повышению эффективности производства.
Considers the issues of formation and improvement of industry sector’s structure, including that of science intensive sectors. Identified are the reasons for the low activity of the non-oil sector enterprises in the innovation sphere. Suggested are measures for further improvement of production fficiency.
