Abstract: | C использованием комплексного подхода предлагаются направления экспертизы проектов в рамках государственной программы импортозамещения в Республике Беларусь. Оцениваются объемы предотвращенного загрязнения вредными отходами за счет импорта продукции и объемы дополнительного загрязнения окружающей среды при производстве импортозамещающей продукции, объемы импорта, обусловленные промежуточным спросом и отдельными элементами конечного спроса, в частности экспортом. Using a comprehensive approach, the article offers directions of expert examination of projects in the framework of the state program of import substitution in the Republic of Belarus. The author estimates amounts of the prevented environmental pollution by harmful wastes due to import of goods and amount of additional pollution in the production of import-substituting products, the volume of imports caused by intermediate demand and the individual elements of final demand, exports in particular. |
