Современная социодинамика в Республике Беларусь: значение технико-технологических факторов

Abstract

Обоснована особая значимость технико-технологических факторов в многофакторном процессе социодинамики в Республике Беларусь. Интенсивное развитие технико-технологической сферы, сопряженное с освоением в наукоемких производствах модернизированных и высоких технологий, приводит к появлению новых социальных групп, все более существенно влияющих на социально-экономический уклад страны. Доказана необходимость перманентной поддержки и коррекции данного процесса со стороны властных структур для оптимизации его целевых, ресурсных и социально-гуманитарных параметров.

Substantiates particular significance of technical and technological factors in the multifactorial process of sociodynamics in the Republic of Belarus. The intensive development of technical and technological sphere, interconnected with the introduction of the modernized and high technologies in the science-intensive production, result in emergence of the new social groups that have an ever-increasing impact on the socio-economic conditions of the country. The author proves the need for the permanent support and correction of the process by government authorities to optimize its target, resource and socio-humanitarian parameters.
