Abstract: Раскрывается сущность человеческого капитала, соотношение понятий «человеческий капитал» и «знания людей», «человеческий потенциал» и «человеческий капитал», анализируется роль инвестиций в человеческий капитал, показывается значение семьи (домашнего хозяйства) в формировании, развитии и реализации человеческого капитала.
The essence of human capital, as well as the correlation of the notions ‘human capital’ and ‘human knowledge’, ‘human potential’ and ‘human capital’ is disclosed. The role of investment in human capital is analyzed; the significance of the family (household)in the formation, development and implementation of human capital is shown.
