Résumé: На основании анализа существующего законодательства, а также различных точек зрения, существующих в юридической науке по данному вопросу, автором выделены существенные признаки самозащиты как способа защиты гражданских прав, а также сформулированы предложения по внесению изменений в законодательство.
Based on the analysis of existing legislation and various points of view in the jurisprudence on this issue, the author singles out essential features of self-defense as a way to protect civil rights, and gives suggestions on amending the legislation.
