Abstract: Исследуется возможность регулирования труда спортсменов нормами трудового права, нормами гражданского права. Выявляются причины разногласий в вопросе регулирования труда спортсменов трудовым и/или гражданским правом, определяются границы их применения.
The opportunity to regulate labour of athletes by the rule of labour law and civil law is analyzed. The reasons are revealed for disagreement in terms of regulation of sportsmen’s labour by the norms of labour law and/or civil law; the boundaries of their application are identified.
