Résumé: В статье анализируется незнакомый белорусскому законодательству институт соглашений участников, роль данной договорной конструкции в процессе осуществления и защиты прав участников. Особое внимание уделено выявлению теоретико-правовых аспектов, необходимых для имплементации механизма соглашений в отечественном праве.
The article examines the institute of shareholders’ agreements as a new institute for Belarusian legislation. The author explores the role of this agreement framework in the process of enforcement and protection of participants’ rights. The focus is made on the theoretical and legal aspects necessary for implementation of the mechanism of shareholders’ agreements in the national legislation.
