Abstract: В статье исследуется определение экономической категории «внешние эффекты». Раскрывается ее содержание, рассматриваются основные подходы к исследованию. Обоснован вывод о необходимости многофакторного анализа внешних эффектов.
This article discusses the definition of «externalities» as an economic category. Its meaning is revealed. The basic approaches to its research are considered. A conclusion about necessity of the multifactorial analysis of externalities is substantiated.
