Правовые аспекты прекращения трудовых отношений по инициативе нанимателя

Abstract

В статье отражены результаты анализа норм международного права и белорусского законодательства, регулирующего вопросы прекращения трудовых отношений по инициативе нанимателя в связи с ликвидацией организации, сокращением численности или штата работников организации, определены проблемы правового регулирования в этой сфере и обозначены направления их развития.

Results of the analysis of norms of international law and the Belarusian legislation regulating questions of the termination of the labor relations at the initiative of the employer in connection with liquidation of the organization are reflected in article, by reduction of number or the staff of employees of the organization, problems of legal regulation in this sphere are defined and the directions of their development are designated.
