dc.description.abstractПредставлены методические подходы к оценке уровня научно-технологической безопасности в разрезе отдельных этапов. На основе угроз научно-технологической безопасности выделены направления ее обеспечения. Определены индикаторы и показатели научно-технологической безопасности с учетом пороговых значений. Проведена апробация методики на примере данных Республики Беларусь за 2018−2024 годы. Построена карта уровня обеспечения научно-технологической безопасности с учетом выбранных направлений и сделан вывод о повышении комплексного показателя за исследуемый период.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article presents methodological approaches to assessing the level of scientific and technological security in terms of individual stages. Based on these threats, areas for ensuring scientific and technological security are identified. Indicators and benchmarks for scientific and technological security are defined, taking into account threshold values. The methodology was tested using data from the Republic of Belarus for 2018–2024. A map of the level of scientific and technological security is constructed, taking into account the selected areas, and a conclusion is reached regarding the improvement of the comprehensive indicator over the study period.-
