Диагностика профессионального стресса как инструмент управления человеческими ресурсами: опыт Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Дается оценка уровня профессионального напряжения у трудоспособного населения Республики Беларусь с использованием психодиагностических методов – метода оценки индивидуального восприятия стресса PSS-10, методики диагностики стресса Ю.В. Щербатых, шкалы профессионального стресса Д. Фонтана и оценки по балльной системе (БОС). Исследование базируется на методологическом подходе, включающем обзорную статистику, сравнительный анализ и процедуры преобразования данных, направленные на обеспечение их сопоставимости. Авторский подход к стандартизации и объединению данных позволил создать единый индекс рабочего стресса, который может применяться в экономических исследованиях. Проведенный анализ показал, что большинство работающих людей испытывают стресс на среднем уровне, причем довольно часто они оценивают свой стресс иначе, чем он проявляется на самом деле. К тому же уровень стресса может отличаться в зависимости от того, какую работу выполняет человек и как организован его рабочий день. Результаты исследования имеют высокую практическую значимость – позволяют проводить успешную кадровую политику, совершенствовать методы управления персоналом, осуществлять мониторинг качества трудовой деятельности.

The article analyzes the assessment of the efficiency of intellectual and labour potential utilisation under the influence of occupational factors. The argumentation is based on the necessity of accounting for psycho-emotional indicators when assessing the labour market situation, as well as on the importance of simultaneously employing conventional macroeconomic indicators. The aim of the study is a comprehensive assessment of the level of occupational strain among the working-age population of the Republic of Belarus using psychodiagnostic methods. The study applies the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), Yu.V. Shcherbatykh’s stress diagnostic technique, D. Fontana’s Professional Life Stress Scale, and a point-based stress assessment (PBSA). The research is based on a methodological approach that includes descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, and data transformation procedures aimed at ensuring data comparability. To enable comparison of the obtained results and the construction of integral indices of occupational stress, data standardisation is of paramount importance. This procedure is a necessary condition for simplifying subsequent comparative analysis. The conducted analysis shows that the majority of employed individuals experience stress at a moderate level. Interestingly, people often assess their stress differently from how it actually manifests. It was also found that stress levels may vary depending on the type of work performed and the organisation of the working day. The obtained results have high practical significance, as they enable the development of effective personnel policies, the improvement of human resource management methods, and the monitoring of the quality of working life.
