Трансформация архитектуры европейской безопасности после 2022 года

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу фундаментальных изменений в архитектуре европейской безопасности, вызванных событиями в Украине с февраля 2022 г. Основана на сравнительном анализе стратегических документов НАТО и ЕС, экспертных оценках белорусских и международных специалистов. Доказывается, что текущий кризис представляет собой системную бифуркацию, ведущую к ремилитаризации континента и пересмотру принципов коллективной безопасности. Особое внимание уделяется диалектике взаимодействия НАТО с оборонным потенциалом ЕС.

This article analyzes the fundamental changes in the European security architecture caused by the events in Ukraine since February 2022. It is based on a comparative analysis of NATO and EU strategic documents and expert assessments by Belarusian and international experts. It is argued that the current crisis represents a systemic bifurcation leading to the remilitarization of the continent and a revision of the principles of collective security. Particular attention is paid to the dialectic of interaction between the strengthening of NATO and the development of the EU´s defense capabilities.
