Проведен анализ исполнения консолидированного бюджета Республики Беларусь по расходам. На основе анализа выявлено, какие расходы подвержены значимым бюджетным рискам. Сформирован перечень рисков расходов бюджета Республики Беларусь. Предложены применимые в белорусской практике инструменты минимизации рисков и последствий их реализации.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article defines the fundamentals of risk management of budget expenditures. There has been conducted analysis of the consolidated budget’s execution of the Republic of Belarus by expenditures. Based on the analysis, it was revealed which expenditures are subject to significant fiscal risks. A list of risks of budget expenditures of the Republic of Belarus was formed. There have been proposed instruments for minimizing risks and the consequences of their implementation applicable in Belarusian practice.en
