dc.description.abstractРассматривается влияние цифровых технологий на качество медицинских услуг и экономические отношения в здравоохранении Республики Беларусь. Анализируются ключевые направления цифровизации, реализуемые в рамках национальных программ, а также трудности их практической реализации. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам внедрения цифровых решений, связанным с ресурсными, технологическими и организационными ограничениями. Раскрыты перспективы использования цифровых систем для повышения эффективности здравоохранения и рационализации бюджетных расходов.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes the impact of digital technologies on the quality of medical services and the economic relationships in the healthcare system of the Republic of Belarus. It examines the key national digital health initiatives, assesses both the benefits and challenges of healthcare digitalization. Particular attention is paid to the institutional and technological barriers impeding full implementation of digital services. The article also highlights the prospects of using digital infrastructure to improve system efficiency and optimize healthcare spending.-
