Концептуальные подходы к трансферу технологий в агропродовольственном секторе

Abstract

Установлено, что государственная политика в сфере интеллектуальной собственности также может иметь позитивное влияние на внешнюю торговлю товарами, но при этом имеются определенные ограничения. Особое внимание уделено теоретическим подходам к проблеме установления выгод и издержек от технологического трансфера для покупателей и продавцов агропродовольственной продукции в условиях совершенных и несовершенных рынков (последнее особенно актуально для многих развивающихся стран), а также при различных моделях кооперирования между поставщиками и производителями продуктов питания. В заключительной части представлены авторские выводы и рекомендации по практическому применению результатов исследования.

The article presents the results of a study of conceptual principles and published empirical data on the impact of technology transfer on the activities of enterprises in the agro-industrial sector in the context of foreign trade protectionism, market imperfections, and different levels of intellectual property rights protection. The aim is to identify certain theoretical principles and practical recommendations for technology transfer in the agri-food sector. In particular, the positive and negative effects of subsidies for innovation and technology transfer are highlighted. It is established that government intellectual property policy can also have a positive impact on foreign trade in goods, although certain limitations exist. Particular attention is paid to theoretical approaches to the problem of establishing the benefits and costs of technology transfer for buyers and sellers of agri-food products in perfect and imperfect markets (the latter is especially relevant for many developing countries), as well as under various models of cooperation between suppliers and food processors. The final section presents the author’s conclusions and recommendations for the practical application of the research results.
