Abstract

Обоснованы актуальность и преимущества системной методологии для познания нормативно-управляющего воздействия права. Достижение поставленной цели обуславливает необходимость анализа онтологической составляющей системных исследований механизма правового регулирования. Автор попыталась раскрыть гносеологический потенциал методологии системного подхода применительно к изучению правового воздействия в теоретическом и практическом плане.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the relevance and advantages of the systems methodology for understanding the normative and governing impact of law. Achieving the set goal necessitates the analysis of the ontological component of systems research into the mechanism of legal regulation. At the same time, it is necessary to reveal the epistemological potential of the methodology of the systems approach in relation to the study of legal impact in theoretical and practical terms.
