Эффективность правовых стимулов при реализации административно-деликтной политики

Abstract

Исследованы вопросы эффективности правовых стимулов при реализации административно-деликтной политики Республики Беларусь. Автором предложена система показателей, позволяющих на основе количественных и качественных данных делать обоснованные выводы о результатах и достижениях административно-деликтной политики, создании действенной системы охраны и защиты общественных отношений в различных сферах жизнедеятельности. Дано обоснование необходимости разработки методологических основ определения эффективности административно-правовых стимулов, способствующих совершенствованию законотворческой и правоприменительной деятельности при привлечении к административной ответственности.

This article examines the issues of the effectiveness of legal incentives in the implementation of the administrative and tort policy of the Republic of Belarus. The author proposes a system of indicators that allow, on the basis of quantitative and qualitative data, to make reasonable conclusions about the results and achievements of the administrative and tort policy, the creation of an effective system for the protection and protection of public relations in various spheres of life. The substantiation of the need to develop a methodological framework for determining the effectiveness of administrative and legal incentives that contribute to the improvement of law-making and law enforcement activities in bringing to administrative responsibility is given.
