Методический подход к оценке цифрового развития и уровня занятости отраслей сферы услуг

Abstract

При написании статьи предметом анализа было изучение цифровой экономики в сфере услуг. Цель исследования заключалась в развитии теоретико-методических подходов к оценке цифрового развития и уровня занятости отраслей сферы услуг. В статье предложены целевые индикаторы для оценки эффективности внедрения цифровых технологий в сферу услуг и проанализирована динамика показателей в организациях цифровой экономики. Автором обозначены приоритетные виды деятельности сферы услуг для внедрения цифровизации, предложен алгоритм и методический подход цифровой трансформации организаций сферы услуг. В процессе исследования применялись общенаучные и частные методы познания. Результаты: разработана методика диагностики инновационного цифрового развития и интегрального показателя сферы услуг, учитывая человеческий ресурс и занятость в цифровой экономике.

The subject of the analysis is the digital economy in the service sector. The purpose of the study was to develop theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing digital development and employment levels in service industries. The article proposes target indicators to assess the effectiveness of the introduction of digital technologies in the service sector and analyzes the dynamics of indicators in organizations of the digital economy. The author identifies the priority activities of the service sector for the introduction of digitalization, proposes an algorithm and a methodological approach to the digital transformation of service sector organizations. General scientific and private methods of cognition were used in the research process. Results: a methodology has been developed for diagnosing innovative digital development and an integral indicator of the service sector, taking into account human resources and employment in the digital economy.
