Модель экономичного объема заказа в условиях финансовых ограничений предприятия

Abstract

Рассмотрен вопрос разработки и использования оптимизационных моделей экономичного размера заказа при заданных корпоративных стратегиях на достижение цели «максимальный свободный денежный поток в условиях отсрочки платежа за поставку». На числовых данных анализируются результаты модельных расчетов. Показано, что величина экономичного объема заказа и оптимальная норма текущего запаса – плавающая величина и зависит не только от структуры затрат и стратегических целей развития компании, но и от условий оплаты товара.

The article examines the issue related to the development and use of optimization models of the economic order quantity for given corporate strategies to achieve the goal of maximum free cash flow under conditions of deferred payment for delivery. The results of model calculations are analyzed using numerical data. It is shown that the value of the economic order quantity and the optimal rate of current stock are a floating value and depend not only on the cost structure and strategic development goals of the company, but also on the terms of payment for the goods.
