dc.description.abstractThe article presents controlling tools taking into account the characteristics of the construction industry for the development of an effective management system for a construction organization. An analysis of ERP systems for automation of management accounting was carried out. The effectiveness of implementing management software products in the construction industry is revealed. The need to synchronize management, accounting and financial accounting into one software package has been established.-
