dc.dateNew scientific and methodological approaches to solving the pressing problem of circular transformation of the economy to achieve sustainable environmental and economic development have been substantiated, in particular: methodological tools have been developed for assessing the development of the circular economy at the national level, including the author’s methodology for determining a number of indicators of circular development at the macro level; a methodological toolkit for assessing the development of the circular economy at the local level has been proposed, which allows us to give its most complete assessment based on determining the index of an organization (enterprise) readiness for circular transformation and the integral index of the level of development of the circular economy; scientific and practical recommendations have been developed to promote the circular economy in the Republic of Belarus.en

dc.description.abstractОбоснованы новые научно-методологические подходы к решению актуальной проблемы циркулярной трансформации экономики для достижения устойчивого эколого-экономического развития, в частности: разработан методический инструментарий оценки развития циркулярной экономики на национальном уровне, включающий авторскую методику определения ряда показателей циркулярного развития на макроуровне; предложен методический инструментарий оценки развития циркулярной экономики на локальном уровне, который позволяет дать наиболее полную ее оценку на основе определения индекса готовности организации (предприятия) к циркулярной трансформации и интегрального индекса уровня развития циркулярной экономики; выработаны научно-практические рекомендации по продвижению циркулярной экономики в Республике Беларусь.ru_RU
