dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes the implementation of State scientific and technical programs. Trends in the areas of assignments, the number of productions, and the efficiency ratio of budget funds have been identified. One of the results of the implementation of scientific and technical programs is the number of innovations. An analysis of proposals from government agencies was carried out and our own proposals were developed to improve the scientific, technological and innovation sphere in key areas.-
