Abstract: Проведен комплексный анализ системы защиты прав данной категории граждан. При этом особое внимание уделяется основным понятиям и подходам, используемым для реализации изучаемых правоотношений в Республике Беларусь и странах ЕС. Выявлены особенности системы защиты прав несовершеннолетних в Республике Беларусь и некоторых странах ЕС.
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the system for protecting the rights of this category of citizens. Special attention is paid to the basic concepts and approaches used to implement the legal relations under study in the Republic of Belarus and the EU countries. The peculiarities of the system of protection of the rights of minors in the Republic of Belarus and some EU countries are revealed.
