dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the possibility of robotizing business processes of small and medium-sized businesses, gives an example of implementing robotic process automation (RPA) for a small enterprise of the accounting outsourcing company, creates a model of robotization of the business process «Preparing and sending acts of completion to the client» in BPMN notation, and shows the effectiveness of implementing this RPA.-
