Факторы и направления повышения функциональной устойчивости автотранспортного предприятия

Abstract

Даны определение и характеристика функциональной устойчивости предприятия. Структурированы факторы ее формирования для автотранспортной компании в условиях трансформации бизнес-среды. Проанализированы состояние и динамика факторов отраслевого рынка. В качестве ключевых факторов внутренней среды, определяющих функциональную устойчивость, выделены состояние парка подвижного состава и трудовой потенциал транспортной компании. Предложен комплекс мероприятий по снижению негативного влияния геополитического и других факторов на отраслевой рынок и сохранение функциональной устойчивости автотранспортных компаний.

The article identifies the definition and characteristics of the functional sustainability of an enterprise. The factors of its formation for a motor transport company in the conditions of transformation of the business environment are structured. The author analyses the state and dynamics of industry market factors. The condition of the rolling stock fleet and the labour potential of the transport company are identified as key factors of the internal environment that determine functional stability. The author proposes a set of measures to reduce the negative impact of geopolitical and other factors on the industry market and maintain the functional sustainability of motor transport companies.
