dc.description.abstractThe article presents an analysis of the features of digitalization of the construction industry, and highlights the stages of digitalization. A model has been developed for assessing the economic effect and efficiency of digitalization of construction, taking into account the life cycle of objects. The characteristics of the internal and external effects obtained during digitalization are given. The author formulates the methodological basis for assessing the effect and effectiveness of digitalization.-
