Статистическая оценка эффективности инвестиционной политики в интересах устойчивого научно-технологического и инновационного развития

Abstract

Предложена методика расчета интегрального индекса эффективности инвестиционной политики на основе двух субиндексов, характеризующих инвестиции и достигнутые результаты в научно-технологической и инновационной сферах. Составлен рейтинг стран по эффективности инвестиционной политики в интересах устойчивого научно-технологического и инновационного развития. Разработаны эконометрические модели зависимости интегрального индекса от факторов, характеризующих использование мер и инструментов инвестиционной политики.

The article proposes a methodology for calculating the integral index of the effectiveness of investment policy for sustainable scientific, technological and innovative development of countries. The methodology is based on two sub-indices characterizing investment and achieved results in scientific, technological and innovative areas. Based on the calculated values of the integral index, ranking of countries is compiled according to the effectiveness of investment policy for sustainable scientific, technological and innovative development of countries. The econometric models of dependence of the integral index on the factors characterizing the use of investment policy measures and instruments are developed.
