Станкостроительная отрасль промышленности Республики Беларусь: специализация организаций, условия и перспективные направления предпринимательской деятельности национальных производителей

Abstract

Автор подчеркивает, что несмотря на действия органов государственного управления, связанные с развитием организаций станкостроительной отрасли, белорусские предприятия на внутреннем рынке не занимают доминирующие позиции. Показаны выявленные особенности производства и внешней торговли станками организаций Республики Беларусь, когда импорт не только многократно превосходит производство и потребление в стране, но и экспорт предприятий этой отрасли значительно превосходит производство. Обосновано, что резервы роста производства и экспорта могут быть связаны с развитием хозяйственных отношений, прежде всего, с предприятиями Российской Федерации. Резерв может быть использован в совершенствовании подписанных дорожных карт Союзного государства Беларуси и России. Автор отмечает, что практическая реализация дорожной карты связана с принятием решения на уровне правительств двух стран по совместному развитию станкостроительных отраслей, причем учитывается специализация предприятий двух стран и возможности оказания мер государственной поддержки. Обосновывается, что мероприятия, реализуемые в рамках Союзного государства, должны быть увязаны с программными документами, выполняемыми в странах — участницах Союзного государства.

The author emphasizes that despite the actions of state administration bodies related to the development of machine-tool industry organizations, Belarusian enterprises do not occupy dominant positions in the domestic market. The article shows the revealed peculiarities of production and foreign trade in machine tools of the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, when imports not only greatly exceed production and consumption in the country, but also exports of the enterprises of this industry significantly exceed production. It is substantiated that the reserves of production and export growth can be connected with the development of economic relations, first of all, with the enterprises of the Russian Federation. The reserve can be used in improving the signed roadmaps of the Union State of Belarus and Russia. The author notes that the practical implementation of the roadmap is connected with the adoption of a decision at the level of the governments of the two countries on the joint development of machine-tool industries, taking into account the specialization of enterprises of the two countries and the possibility of providing state support measures. It is substantiated that the activities implemented within the Union State should be linked with the program documents implemented in the participating countries of the Union State.
