«Умный город» как перспективный стандарт повышения качества жизни населения в Китае

Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению различных подходов к сущности понятия «умный город», анализу тенденций и возможностей развития «умных городов» в Китае, определению перспективы использования компонентов «умного города» как нового стандарта качества жизни населения. В ходе исследования определено, что для решения проблемы «умных городов» в Китае основной целью должна быть ориентация на более полное удовлетворение потребностей людей и условия их жизни. Необходимо создание и совершенствование в «умном городе» комплексной интеллектуальной системы развития, а также обеспечение свободы рыночной функции и реализации разнообразных современных инструментов, так как развитие «умного города» — долгосрочный процесс, требующий значительных инвестиций.

The article considers various approaches to the essence of the «smart city» concept, the analysis of the trends and opportunities for the development of «smart cities» in China, the identification of the prospects for using the components of a «smart city» as a new standard for the quality of life of the population in the country. The study has found that in order to solve the problems of «smart cities» in China, the main goal should be to better meet the needs of people and their living conditions. It is necessary to create and improve an integrated intellectual development system in a «smart city», as well as to ensure the freedom of the market function and the implementation of a variety of modern financial instruments, since the development of a «smart city» is a long-term process that requires significant investment.
