Внедрение инструментов оценки цифровой адаптации для участников рынка банковских услуг

Abstract

Банковский сектор неразрывно связан с информационными технологиями, которые обеспечивают комплексную автоматизацию бизнеса. Финансовые организации направляют на развитие технологий все больше и больше средств, активно пользуются всеми преимуществами высоких технологий и фокусируются на инновациях. В связи с тем, что данное направление становится все актуальнее, в статье обоснована необходимость применения системы оценки цифровой адаптации, которая учитывает воздействие информационных технологий на развитие банковского бизнеса Беларуси. Подход к оценке цифровой адаптации участников рынка банковских услуг предполагает процесс модернизации информационных систем с ориентацией на инновационные технологии в зависимости от индикаторов адаптации, что предоставит возможность сформировать степень и уровни внедрения и использования инноваций среди участников рынка банковских услуг.

The banking sector is inextricably linked with information technologies, which provide comprehensive business automation. Financial institutions are allocating more and more funds to technology development, actively use all the advantages of high technology and focus on innovations. Due to the increasing relevance of this direction, the article substantiates the need to apply a system for assessing digital adaptation, which takes into account the impact of information technology on the development of banking business in Belarus. The approach to assessing digital adaptation of the participants in the banking services market involves the process of modernization of information systems with a focus on innovative technologies, depending on the indicators of adaptation, which will provide an opportunity to form the degree and levels of implementation and use of innovation among the participants in the banking services market.
