Сравнительный анализ антикризисного регулирования экономики периода перестройки СССР и постковидного периода России

Abstract

Исследуются два экономических кризиса: периода распада СССР и пандемийного периода России. Данные события рассмотрены отдельно. Выделены факторы, способствующие распаду СССР и спровоцировавшие экономический кризис в тот период. Проанализированы предпринимаемые меры со стороны руководства страны и разрабатываемые правительственные программы по выходу из возникшей ситуации, а также пандемийный кризис России и его экономические последствия. Указаны положительные и отрицательные стороны самоизоляции граждан в пиковые моменты COVID-19, а также предпринимаемые антикризисные меры со стороны руководства. Проведено сравнение кризисов перестройки СССР и пандемийного кризиса России по ряду параметров. Сделаны обобщающие выводы по сопоставляемым событиям.

The article examines two economic crises — the period of the collapse of the USSR and the pandemic period in Russia. These events are considered separately. The factors are highlighted that contributed to the disintegration of the USSR and provoked the collapse of the economy in that period. The measures taken by the country’s leadership and the government programs developed to overcome the situation are considered. The pandemic crisis in Russia and its economic consequences are analyzed. The positive and negative aspects of the self-isolation of citizens at the Covid-19 peak moments, as well as the anti-crisis measures taken by the state leadership are indicated. A comparison is made between the crises of perestroika in the USSR and the pandemic crisis in Russia according to a number of parameters. Generalizing conclusions are drawn on the events under comparison.
