dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes the precarization of labor relations, their relationship with the creative class and flexibility of the labor market, the use of flexible forms of employment. The author has identified the causes of precarization of labor relations and how it affects labor relations in the Republic of Belarus. The categories of the population in the Republic of Belarus are found that can be classified as "precariat" and the number of people of this class is calculated.-
