Международные военно-экономические отношения: сущность, значение и основные тенденции

Abstract

Рассмотрены сущность и значение международных военно-экономических отношений, их отличие от военно-технического сотрудничества. Показано, что эти отношения способствуют росту национальной экономики и обеспечению национальной экономической безопасности. Выделены основные тенденции развития экспорта вооружения и военной техники, в том числе рост мировых военных расходов. Определены направления международной кооперации производителей вооружения и военной техники, которые реализуются через централизацию производства и капитала и транснационализацию. Рассмотрены объединения военно-промышленных корпораций США, Европейского союза и Российской Федерации и процессы транснационализации между ними. Проанализированы основные направления военно-технического сотрудничества Республики Беларусь.

The article examines the essence and significance of international military-economic relations, their difference from military-technical cooperation. It is shown that international militaryeconomic relations contribute to the growth of the national economy and ensure national economic security. The main trends in the development of exports of weapons and military equipment are highlighted, including the growth of global military spending. The main directions of international cooperation of manufacturers of weapons and military equipment are defined, which are implemented through the centralization of production and capital, and trans-nationalization. The associations of military-industrial corporations of the USA, European Union and Russian Federation and the processes of trans-nationalization between them are considered. The main directions of militarytechnical cooperation of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed.
