dc.description.abstractИсследуются право на апелляционное обжалование и порядок его реализации применительно к несовершеннолетним участникам гражданского судопроизводства. Выявляются и обобщаются проблемы реализации данного права несовершеннолетними гражданами, достигшими возраста четырнадцати лет. По результатам исследования автор формулирует конкретные предложения по совершенствованию Гражданского процессуального кодекса Республики Беларусь (ГПК).ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article investigates the right to appeal and the procedure of its enforcement in respect to the minor particiants in civil proceedings. The issues of the realisation of this right by the minors over fourteen are identified and generalised. Based on the research findings, the author formulates the proposals for improving the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus.-
