dc.description.abstractПроведен анализ и выявлены недостатки в существующей методике определения эффективности расходов на развитие физической культуры и спорта в Республике Беларусь. Проанализированы запланированные расходы на инновационную деятельность в сфере физической культуры и спорта Беларуси. Предложена перегруппировка расходов на развитие физической культуры и спорта в разрезе подпрограмм Государственной программы «Физическая культура и спорт» на 2021—2025 гг. в запланированном объеме. Даны рекомендации по совершенствованию методологии учета и расчета эффективности расходов на инновационную деятельность в сфере физической культуры и спорта Республики Беларусь.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractТhe article analyzes in the existing procedure of evaluating effectiveness of expenditures for the development of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Belarus and reveals its inadequacies. The expenditures planned for innovation activity in the sphere of physical culture and sports of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed. Regrouping of these expenditures within the planned volume intended for the subprograms of the state program “Physical Culture and Sports” for 2021—2025 is suggested. Recommendations are given regarding the improvement of the methodology of keeping record and calculating the effectiveness of expenditures for innovation activity in the sphere of physical culture and sports of the Republic of Belarus.-
