Оцениваются среднесрочные перспективы их строительства и возможные механизмы стимулирования развития отрасли.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article studies the possibility of natural gas imports substitution with the energy of wind electrical plants in the Republic of Belarus and investigates its economic effects. Thus, it states both general and specific hindrances to wind energy development in the country. Foreign practices in localization of wind electrical plants production are considered. A midterm outlook for their construction is appraised; potential mechanisms to encourage further development in the industry are appreciated.-
