dc.description.abstractThe article discusses the interaction of international and administrative law in regulating the stay of foreign citizens in the Republic of Belarus. It is concluded that the norms of international law determine the main ways of forming national legislation and law enforcement practice, with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and the domestic legislation based on it playing a fundamental role.-
