dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the approach to the inventory management in the warehouses of companies in terms of optimizing the placement of goods based on the two-parameter ABC analysis. The objective is to develop an approach to the organization of inventory management in companies’ warehouses that can allow to increase the efficiency of the warehouse operation thus solving the problem of optimizing inventory management in warehouses.-
