Формирование комплексной тарифной политики на энергоресурсы в Беларуси

Abstract

Анализируются факторы, оказывающие влияние на формирование тарифной политики на энергоресурсы. Осуществлен сравнительный анализ затрат на строительство и эксплуатацию различных видов энерготехнологий в себестоимости электроэнергии. Рассматриваются основные направления формирования тарифов на энергию, вырабатываемую альтернативными источниками. Даны рекомендации по совершенствованию комплексной тарифной политики на энергоресурсы Республики Беларусь с учетом ввода в эксплуатацию БелАЭС и развития ВИЭ.

There has been done a survey of measures on ensuring financial stability taken in the Euro zone in the context of financial crises underway. Identified are the stages of their implementation. It is substantiated that because of implementing these measures within the monetary union, in the EU there was established a full-fledged system of instruments ensuring the financial stability. It was stated that the development of the financial crisis in the Euro zone is a direct consequence of inadequacy of the monetary union implemented in the EU. There have been identified the key errors made in the process of ensuring the financial stability in the Euro zone aimed at preventing regulating the financial crises.
