Развитие методов оценки состояния промышленности страны

Abstract

Предлагается выделение трех стадий промышленного развития (стадия ранней индустриализации, стадия зрелой индустриализации, стадия поздней индустриализации) исходя из набора характеристик и признаков, описывающих структурные и технологические изменения в промышленности, а также характеризующих место промышленности в экономике страны. Для определения состояния промышленного развития страны разработана матрица идентификаций промышленного развития, объединяющая количественные и качественные характеристики состояния промышленности страны. Применение данной матрицы позволяет предопределять текущее со¬стояние промышленного развития страны, анализировать положение страны в матрице промышленного развития в предыдущие периоды и траекторию ее промышленного развития, выделять направления рационального промышленного развития страны, определять цели и задачи промышленной политики страны.

The author suggests distinguishing three stages of industrial development (the stage of early industrialization, the stage of mature industrialization, the stage of late industrialization), which is based on a set of characteristics and features describing structural and technological changes in the country’s manufacturing sector and its role in the economy. To identify the state of the country’s manufacturing, a matrix of industrial development identifications has been developed, combining the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the country’s manufacturing performance. The use of this matrix allows to predetermine the current state of the country’s industrial development, to analyze the country’s position in the industrial development matrix in the previous periods and the trajectory of its industrial development, to distinguish the areas of rational industrial development of the country, set the goals and objectives of the country’s industrial policy.
