Двустороннее регулирование международных прямых инвестиций в национальной экономике

Abstract

Представлен экономический анализ двусторонних соглашений о взаимной защите и поощрении инвестиций, заключенных с Республикой Беларусь. Изучено их содержание, соответствие новым тенденциям, возможности и направления развития системы двусторонних инвестиционных договоров в Республике Беларусь. Выявлено, что они содержат минимум положений по защите иностранных инвестиций, однако используются не в полной мере для расширения географии инвесторов и стран-реципиентов для белорусских компаний; подавляющее большинство не включают положений о привлечении устойчивых прямых иностранных инвестиций.

The article gives economic analysis of the bilateral treaties on mutual protection and promotion of investment concluded with the Republic of Belarus. Their content is examined as well as the compliance with new trends in the opportunities and directions of reforming the system of bilateral investment treaties in the Republic of Belarus. It is revealed that they contain a minimum of provisions for the protection of foreign investments, but they are not used to the full extent to expand the geography of investors and recipient countries for Belarusian companies; the vast majority do not include provisions on the attraction of sustainable foreign direct investments.
