Abstract

Показывается, что значимость документированной информации для обеспечения управленческой деятельности придает ей статус менеджмент-ресурса. Отмечается, что состояние организации работы с управленческими документами во многом отражает и определяет эффективность систем управления. Анализируется организационно-распорядительная документация как одна из систем управленческой документации, обеспечивающая организационную, распорядительную, исполнительную и контрольную функции аппарата управления.

It is shown that the importance of documented information to ensure management activity gives it the status of a management resource. It is noted that the state of organization of work with management documents largely reflects and determines the effectiveness of management systems. The organizational and administrative documentation is analyzed as one of the management documentation systems providing the organizational, administrative, executive and control functions of the executive office.
