Контроль показателей качества и безопасности продукции

Abstract

В работе проведен анализ технических и нормативных правовых актов, устанавливающих требования к показателям качества и безопасности продукции на территории Таможенного союза; приведены методики и результаты определения значений рН, содержания хлоридов и тяжелых металлов (Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu и Hg) в образцах шампуней для детей. С учетом результатов экспериментальных исследований выполнена сравнительная оценка уровня качества выбранных образцов шампуней для детей, подготовлены выводы.

The paper carries out analysis of technical and legal regulations establishing the requirements for indicators of product quality and safety in the territory of the Customs Union; the techniques and results of determining the values of pH, chlorides and heavy metals (Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Hg) in samples of shampoos for children. Taking into account the findings of experimental investigations a comparative assessment of the quality level of the selected samples of shampoos for children is carried out; the conclusions are drawn.
