На примере из судебной практики показывается недействительность государственной регистрации в случае, когда приобретатель недвижимого имущества, ссылаясь на государственную регистрацию права отчуждаемого имущества, не знал об отсутствии права на отчуждение.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates theoretical provisions that reveal the essence of state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it. Based on the example from court practice the invalidity of state registration is shown in case when the purchaser of immovable property, referring to the state registration of the right of alienated property, did not know about the absence of the right to alienation.-
