Медыйныя мадэлі ў камунікацыйнай сістэме дзяржаў Еўразійскага эканамічнага саюза

Abstract

Разглядаюцца медыйныя сферы дзяржаў Еўразійскага эканамічнага саюза з пазіцыі іх адпаведнасці базавым прынцыпам функцыянавання эфектыўнай медыякамунікацыйнай сістэмы ў трох напрамках: а) агульны стан медыйнай сферы; б) эканамічны складнік дзейнасці СМІ; в) адкрытасць інфармацыйнай прасторы. Аўтар прыходзіць да высновы аб тым, што неабходна каардынацыя дзейнасці мас-медыя, інфармацыйнай і прававой інфраструктуры медыясфер дзяржаў Еўразійскага эканамічнага саюза з улікам патрэбы ў развіцці эфектыўных медыйных мадэляў.

The article examines media spheres of the Eurasian Economic Union member states from the point of view of their compliance with the principles of the efficient media communication system operation in three perspectives: a) the overall state of the media sphere; b) the economic constituent of mass media activities; c) openness of the information space. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to coordinate the activities of mass media, information and legal infrastructure of the media spheres of the Eurasian Economic Union member states, taking into account the need to develop efficient media patterns.
